Job summary

Texas Panhandle Centers is seeking a Children’s Behavioral Health Case Manager to deliver trauma-informed care and skills training to youth aged 3-17 and families across Amarillo and the surrounding service area. This role focuses on community-based services within a supportive, multi-disciplinary team.

The position offers growth through graduate-level coursework substitutions and a collaborative work environment dedicated to high-quality behavioral health support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required for QMHP credentialing.
• Driver’s license with insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ethical and professional communications with trauma-informed language.
• Teach and model skills for community living, coping, and parenting.
• Train in TRR-approved curriculums emphasizing evidence-based practices.
• Organize culturally competent care activities and collaborate among participants.
• Conduct assessments and treatment planning with the care team.
• Provide direct, community-based care approximately 50% of time.
• Collaborate with youth, family, and adult teams to promote skills development.
• Adhere to the TPC Code of Conduct and report concerns.
