Minimum age of 21 years old.

Responsibilities

Ability to work with youth whose behaviors may reflect trauma.
Maintain accurate and detailed case notes through strong writing skills.
Collaborate effectively with co-workers.
Set appropriate limits and boundaries with youth.
Handle confidential issues with discretion.
Adapt to changing needs of children/youth with energy and flexibility.
Manage multiple tasks and make sound decisions.
Observe individuals and report accurate findings.
Respond to emergencies and follow protocols.
Build trusting relationships with youth.
Be sensitive to cultural and socioeconomic characteristics of the service population.
