Qualifications

• Minimum associate degree and two years' experience working with children in a residential program or similar setting.
• Florida driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Must pass Level II background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of children in residence.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Support, empower and mentor children to meet their goals.
• Utilize positive youth development approach and positive communication skills.
• Maintain client records and schedules with attention to detail.
