Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician in Arnold, MD to provide support for a trauma-focused residential program aimed at youth aged 13-17 recovering from human trafficking. Your role will involve implementing daily activities, monitoring behavioral progress, and assisting in personal care.

Preferred candidates will have a compassion for the well-being of children, a minimum of a high school diploma, and at least 2 years of experience in a similar setting. With flexible scheduling and weekly pay processing, this position offers a rewarding opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a residential setting serving children and youth (preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License and your own transportation.
• Ability to complete and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic and/or behavioral support to children and youth participating in the residential program.
• Implement daily activities, individual plan treatment goals, and monitor resident behavior.
• Assist in monitoring residents’ daily living skills, including personal hygiene and dressing.
• Prepare meals and snacks to support healthy eating behaviors.
• Assist in monitoring and increasing resident life skills development.
• Participate in resident activities and outings.
