Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health with youth.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practices and behavior management.
• Experience with family engagement, mentoring, and group facilitation.
• Strong verbal and written communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate redirection and de-escalation during behavioral incidents to ensure safety.
• Build supportive relationships with youth and families that encourage resilience and growth.
• Partner with staff, families, and schools to create, implement, and monitor individualized Success Plans and Medical Plans.
• Track progress, update success plans, and communicate outcomes to families and staff.
• Ensure staff implement strategies outlined in Success Plans.
• Facilitate mentoring, small groups, and family meetings to strengthen coping skills and self-regulation.
• Connect families to community resources to address barriers to success.
• Represent the Club in community coalitions and initiatives.
• Share knowledge and training on trauma-informed practices.
