Job summary

  • Knowledge of the criminal justice process and victims’ rights laws.
  • Experience in case management and providing victim services.
  • Ability to use computers and generate documents with MS Office.
  • Strong communication and crisis intervention skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide trauma-informed case management and victim services as cases progress.
  • Serve as liaison between victims, investigators and prosecutors statewide.
  • Facilitate meetings, crisis counseling and referrals to community agencies.
  • Assist in training and monitoring volunteers and ensure documentation of activities.
