Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, family/couples therapy and assessments using CBT, DBT, MI, and harm reduction.
• Educate members on links between mental health, substance use, and physical health.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and conduct crisis intervention when needed.
• Document and review services to meet agency and funding requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to coordinate care and resources.
