.Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling Psychology, bilingual Spanish/English, 1–2 years in trauma-informed DV prevention, and experience with batterer intervention programming. LCSW preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or equivalent.
• LCSW licensure preferred or on track for licensure.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English.
• 1–2 years of trauma-informed domestic violence experience.
• Experience with abuse/batterer intervention programming.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Training and experience with NYC child welfare involved families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed individual and group counseling to survivors of IPV and children in Bronx, NY.
• Work full-time with evening and Saturday availability.
• Use client management software and reporting tools for case management and documentation.
