Job summary

Health Connect America in North Carolina seeks a Licensed Therapist to provide high-quality mental health services to individuals and families, supporting emotional well-being and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team across settings to ensure holistic, client-centered outcomes. The role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling and a current NC license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCAS).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Current NC professional license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCAS (required).

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care for a caseload with assessments and treatment planning.
• Deliver therapy in individual, group, and family sessions using evidence-based approaches.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate with emergency services when needed.
• Document progress notes and treatment plans per standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Engage in community outreach to promote services.
