Delphi Technologies is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist (LPC or LCSW) to provide short-term therapy for clients who have experienced personal injuries, such as car accidents. You will assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based interventions to promote emotional healing and resilience.

Responsibilities include crisis support, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, documentation for clinical and insurance purposes, and adherence to ethical standards and licensure requirements.

Formación

• Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
• State licensure as a Mental Health Therapist or Counselor.
• Specialized training or experience in trauma-focused therapies.
• Experience in short-term therapy, particularly with personal injuries.

Responsabilidades

• Assessment and treatment planning for short-term therapy.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for trauma, anxiety, depression, and related issues.
• Crisis intervention and collaboration with emergency services as needed.
• Education and coping strategies to support resilience and recovery.
• Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and timely progress updates.
• Documentation and reporting for clinical and insurance purposes.
• Adherence to ethical standards and client confidentiality.
