Job summary

Valid8 Financial, Inc. is seeking a Survivor Mentor to provide direct services to individuals affected by sex trafficking and commercial exploitation. This role requires using both professional training and lived-experience expertise to guide victims through their healing process.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of trauma, work flexibly, and act as a primary contact in the wellness development of victims, ensuring they receive the support they need.

Qualifications

• Lived experience expert of complex trauma with 5+ years of recovery.
• Ability to work in a peer-to-peer environment assisting in wellness plans.
• Availability to work flexible hours and be on call 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to individuals impacted by trafficking.
• Act as a primary contact and bridge to recovery.
• Collaborate with team to implement wellness plans.

Skills
