Job summary

Pro Recovery Solutions, LLC is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our team in a trauma-informed care setting. The role focuses on facilitating the substance use disorder recovery process while maintaining a strong team environment of support.

The position is full-time with a salary range of $50,000-$60,000 per year. Responsibilities include individual, group, and family sessions, plus psychoeducational lectures.

Qualifications

• Masters level clinical degree required.
• Licensed as LCADC, LSW, or LAC in New Jersey.
• 3 years of direct services in co-occurring treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment following Joint Commission standards and NJ licensure criteria.
• Conduct individual sessions, process groups, family sessions, and psychoeducational lectures.
• Demonstrate knowledge of ASAM criteria and NJSAMS.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director to support clinical growth.
