Job summary

Recovery at the Crossroads, LLC is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our team. The position supports substance use disorder recovery and co-occurring mental health treatment in a trauma-informed setting with a strong team environment. Full-time with daytime and evening hours; sample schedule: M/W/F 9am-5pm, T/Th 12:30pm-8:30pm.

Qualifications

• Masters level clinical degree.
• Licensed as LSW, LCSW, LAC, or LPC in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct services in co-occurring treatment preferred.

• Providing Joint Commission standards and New Jersey licensure criteria to all aspects of treatment and documentation.
• Conducting individual sessions, facilitating process groups, family sessions, and psychoeducational lectures.
• Demonstrating knowledge and application of ASAM criteria and NJSAMS.
• Working with the Clinical Director to assure guidance and support for clinical growth.

The schedule for this position will be full time, with both day and evening hours (there is some flexibility with times, but a sample schedule could be M, W, F 9am-5pm, and T and Th from 12:30pm-8:30pm).
