Job summary

All In Solutions in New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Licensed Therapist to join our multidisciplinary inpatient SUD treatment team. In this fast-paced residential setting, you will manage a caseload of adult clients navigating acute stabilization and early recovery.

You will deliver evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing), lead group sessions, conduct psychosocial assessments, and coordinate discharge planning with aftercare resources to support long-term sobriety.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of therapy experience in substance abuse treatment setting.
• Experience with co-occurring disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy using CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing to support sobriety.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and process group sessions focusing on early recovery.
• Perform psychosocial assessments to determine needs and level of care.
• Manage a dedicated caseload in detox/residential settings.
• Develop and update client-centered treatment and discharge plans.
• Coordinate aftercare and discharge with outpatient services and sober living.
• Collaborate with medical staff, psychiatrists, and case managers.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Participate in case conferences and supervision for program improvement.
