Job summary

Wildwood Recovery Center seeks a Clinician to provide individual, group, and family therapy for clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders in Virginia. You will perform assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and crisis intervention while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure recovery-oriented, trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
• Active credentials or supervision for billing (LPC/LCSW/LMFT/LCP/CSAC) required or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy for substance use and co-occurring disorders.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning.
• Deliver trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with Medical Director, nursing, residential and case management teams.
