Job summary

Greene County ESC Learning Center in Yellow Springs, Ohio seeks a Classroom Assistant to support teachers and instructional programs. You will work with individual or small groups of students and provide clerical support as needed, ensuring confidentiality and a safe learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with special needs students or students who are behaviorally challenged.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from others.
• Must maintain confidentiality for all students.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks and interactions with the assigned student or group as requested by the teacher.
• Assist the teacher in classroom in a variety of settings.
• Assist with behavioral issues as directed by the Intervention Specialist or Director.
