KIND, a leading advocate for unaccompanied and separated children, seeks a Senior Social Services Coordinator in San Francisco. You will provide therapeutic support, offer clinical consultations, and help design trauma-informed outreach for staff and partners.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in social work or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in social services or non-profit environments.
• Experience with Tender Age children, foster care, or at-risk youth preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic support to high-risk cases and clinical consultations.
• Contribute to trauma-informed outreach and staff trainings.
• Develop and update policies, procedures, and field office guidelines.
• Supervise interns and manage external partnerships.
• Collaborate with attorneys to integrate social services with legal strategy.
