United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley (UWGLV) is seeking a Resilient LV VISTA to support backbone efforts with Resilient Lehigh Valley, a regional collective impact initiative promoting a trauma-informed, resilient community. The VISTA will collaborate with the Sr.

Director of Education to advance coalition development and implementation, building awareness across 17 local school districts and sharing information with school leadership on a trauma-informed schools framework.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.

Responsabilités

• Support backbone efforts with Resilient LV VISTA UWGLV.
• Lead development and implementation of the coalition.
• Build awareness within 17 local school districts and provide information to school leadership with implementing a trauma-informed schools framework.
• Support the backbone organization by developing a meeting schedule, working on goals identified by action groups and planning professional development training opportunities.
