Community Wellness Outpatient Mental Health Center, LLC seeks a full-time Mental Health Counselor to provide school-based services at Seventh District Elementary School in Baltimore County, MD. The role involves direct counseling, assessments, and collaborative care planning.

The position requires Maryland licensure and 1–2 years of mental health counseling experience. Regular on-site work with a 40-hour week is expected, with standard benefits and regulatory compliance support.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or counseling.
• Maryland licensure (LCPC/LCSW/LMSW, etc.) is required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of mental health counseling experience.
• Experience with school-based services and IEP/504 processes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site individual and group counseling to elementary students.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and billing records.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
• Participate in IEP/504 meetings and related teams.
