Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education, special education, or related field.
• Massachusetts Principal/Administrator license or eligibility.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in special education or therapeutic setting, with at least 2 years in leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed practices, behavioral interventions, and special education law.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and leadership to special education/behavioral health staff.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the school and ensure licensing, accreditation, and academic standards.
• Lead administrative oversight, curriculum development, and scheduling standardized testing.
• Conduct parent conferences, team meetings, and staff recruitment/retention.
• Communicate with referral sources and ensure program compliance.
