Helix Community Schools seeks an experienced High School Principal (Instructional Leader) to drive turnaround efforts and raise student achievement through strong instructional leadership.

The successful candidate will coach teachers and leaders, ensure a rigorous curriculum, use data to guide decisions, and build durable relationships with students, families, and the community to sustain high expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree preferred.
• Appropriate educational leadership certification or eligibility as required.
• Previous school leadership experience, preferably at the high school level.
• Demonstrated experience successfully leading or significantly contributing to a school turnaround.
• Proven record of producing measurable academic growth and improved student outcomes.
• Experience developing teachers and instructional leaders.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum, instruction, assessment, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Helix Community Schools is seeking an experienced High School Principal (Instructional Leader) with a proven track record of successfully leading school turnaround efforts.

We are looking for a results-driven instructional leader who has done this work before and can demonstrate measurable success improving academic performance, developing teachers and leaders, strengthening school culture, and implementing effective systems of accountability.

The ideal candidate will bring the experience, leadership, and sense of urgency necessary to move a school forward while building strong relationships with students, staff, families, and the community.
