Job summary

Laurel Life seeks a School Based Therapist to deliver individual and group therapy to students in elementary to high school settings. The role includes collaboration with school personnel, family communication, and complete clinical documentation.

The candidate will integrate trauma-informed care principles and ESPI techniques in accordance with policy and training. Requirements include a Master’s degree in a clinical area, relevant licensure, and experience with resiliency and behavior

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a clinical field is required.
• Licensure such as LCSW/LCSW/LCPC/LMFT/CAC is preferred.
• Experience with trauma-informed care and resiliency-focused approaches is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy with students.
• Lead therapeutic group sessions for students in need.
• Conduct classroom observations and document progress.
• Communicate weekly with parents/guardians.
• Collaborate with school staff on strategies and interventions.
• Participate in IEP/IEP-related meetings and planning.
• Maintain clinical documentation and reports.
