Job summary

Laurel Life is seeking a Mental Health Professional to join the Family Based Mental Health Services team. You will deliver ESFT-informed therapy in home, school and community settings, supporting families to prevent out-of-home placements.

Responsibilities include assessing families, developing treatment plans, providing 30 billable hours weekly, and participating in on-call crisis intervention with rapid response.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in counseling, psychology, social work, nursing, education, rehabilitation or any related human services field plus CASSP experience.
• Licensed RN with 5 years in CASSP, plus DHS OMHSAS certification.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, nursing, rehabilitation, education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Complete individual and family assessments outlining strengths and needs.
• Develop preliminary treatment plans within 5 days of intake and final plans within 30 days.
• Provide a minimum of 30 billable hours per week of direct service (individual, parenting, family, collateral).
• Participate in a team-delivered therapeutic service with a 60/40 treatment ratio.
• Be on-call for crisis intervention, with 15-minute phone response and 1-hour on-site visits when needed.
• Develop relationships with community and contractual agencies to facilitate services.
• Complete required documentation after each session and discharge.
