Qualifications

• Nurse must hold a nursing degree and pursue BSN within three years.
• Current Illinois RN licensure in good standing is required.
• BLS certification must be obtained on hire.
• Completion of the IL SANE Clinical Training Program within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Act autonomously following state and professional standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to care for survivors.
• Maintain accurate documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Protect survivor privacy and manage evidence custody.
• Testify in court as a fact witness or expert when required.
• Educate survivors and families to support recovery.

Education

BSN/ADN with commitment to BSN within 3 years

Master’s degree with IL APRN license
