Job summary

Hartford Hospital's Institute of Living location is seeking registered nurses for trauma-informed care in behavioral health. Responsibilities include nursing assessment, treatment planning and medication management, with ongoing patient education.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery in a calm, compassionate setting. New grads are welcome; CT RN license is required on start, and a BLS credential is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; new grads welcome.
• CT RN license required prior to starting.
• BLS Provider credential from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Nursing assessment, care planning and evaluation.
• Medication management and patient education.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive care.
