Responsibilities include nursing assessment, treatment planning, medication management and patient education, working collaboratively with physicians and other professionals to ensure holistic care.

New grads welcome; CT RN license required at start; BLS certification through the American Heart Association is needed.

Qualifications

• Must communicate information effectively in English.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; new grads welcome.
• CT RN license required upon starting.
• Certified BLS Provider (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and contribute to treatment planning.
• Manage medications and monitor responses.
• Provide patient education and coordinate with the care team.
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to ensure quality care.
