Nurses perform assessment, treatment planning, medication management and patient education, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support recovery and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing - new grads welcome.
• Successful completion of nurse residency upon hire, if applicable.
• CT RN license required upon starting.
• Certified BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Must be able to effectively communicate information in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing assessments, treatment planning, medication management and patient education.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
• Deliver trauma-informed care within behavioral health programs at Institute of Living.
