Job summary

Crittenton Services is seeking a Residential Therapist responsible for clinical duties within the residential treatment milieu. This role includes providing individual and group therapy services while coordinating appropriate clinical treatment for clients.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work and current WV licensure. The position offers benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work from an accredited school.
• Current licensure in WV (LPC, LGSW or higher) or willingness to enter licensure process.
• Three (3) years’ experience with at-risk families preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing clinical assessments of consumers’ strengths and needs.
• Conduct individual, group, and family therapies with a consistent caseload.
• Coordinate and implement treatment plans with the treatment team.
