Community Solutions Inc. is seeking a Per Diem (As Needed) Residential Re-Entry Specialist for the Aileen O'Connor House in Hartford, CT. You will supervise clients, support safety, and help implement service plans in a community-based adult residential setting.

The role requires punctuality, attention to detail, and reliable transportation; a High School Diploma and 4 years in social services or criminal justice are preferred. Training in trauma-informed practices is encouraged.

Qualificações

• A High School Diploma plus 4 years of experience in the social service or criminal justice field preferred.
• Education may be substituted with relevant experience on a one year for one year basis.
• Able to arrive 15 minutes before shift for shift change, may also be required to stay later.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide client supervision and complete required program operations.
• Ensure security of facility keys and document results.
• Conduct client movement, intake, and supervision activities.
• Transport clients as needed in a Company vehicle and document outcomes.
• Monitor and document client visits, searches, and daily counts.
• Support program operations and adhere to agency policies.
