Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience with the target population.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a safe, therapeutic residential environment.
• Provide supervision, training, coaching, and feedback to staff.
• Participate in administrative team activities and on-call duties.
• Collaborate with diverse populations and cultural groups.
