Eliot Community Human Services, Inc. is seeking a Residential Manager to oversee a trauma-informed residential program for children 0-12, ensuring a safe, supportive environment.

The role focuses on supervising staff, implementing ARC principles, and partnering with an administrative team to deliver timely, quality services. Schedule is 12pm-8pm, Tuesday through Saturday, with a salary range of $50,000–$55,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience working with similar population.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a safe and supportive residential environment that is therapeutic and trauma informed
• Utilize principles of Trauma Informed Care and the ARC throughout all aspects of service delivery
• Responsible for developing and facilitating a robust environment that enhances the growth and development of the children
• Adhere to all program activities and policies
• Provide supervision, training, modeling, coaching and feedback to staff
• Serve as a member of the administrative team providing on-going program supervision, monitoring and guidance and on-call duties
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and cultural groups
