You will work with a dynamic team, providing structured daily activities, safety, and support to help students develop life skills.

The role requires a 21+ age, bilingual ability, and a valid driver’s license; shifts include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Ability to speak, read and write in a language other than English.
• Maintains valid driver’s license as transporting students is required.
• Available to work evenings, holidays, weekend shifts.
• Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Provide enriching daily activities for students, such as arts and crafts and recreational activities.
• Contribute to a safe, therapeutic community by modeling coping strategies.
• Support students in developing life skills like cooking, banking and vocational tasks.
• Assist with day-to-day supervision and transport where required.
