Position Summary
This position will initially be based in Brooklyn, NY and is expected to transition to the Bronx, NY within the next 3–6 months.
We are currently hiring on a per diem basis, with the opportunity to move into a full-time role once the transition to the Bronx location is complete.
In this exciting role, the Residential Aide provides trauma-informed care and supervision to residents, addressing their high level of need and ensuring consistent emotional and behavioral support. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our participants by providing them with the support and assistance they need. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our participants, maintaining a clean and
welcoming environment, and assisting with daily living activities.
