Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least one year of experience in research, office administration, program coordination, or a related field.
• Ability to communicate in American Sign Language.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day operations of grant-funded research projects to ensure activities are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Assists with administrative processes for grant activities, including contractor documentation, compliance requirements, and project records.
• Recruits, schedules, and communicates with research participant families to coordinate study visits and maintain participant engagement.
• Coordinates research logistics, including meetings, study sessions, materials, equipment, and other operational needs.
• Assists with the collection, organization, and maintenance of research data to support accurate recordkeeping and analysis.
• Supports researchers by preparing research materials, documentation, presentations, publications, and grant reports.
