Job summary

DayToDay Health is seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional to provide compassionate, trauma-informed care in a residential setting for adult women recovering from substance use disorders, including mothers with infants.

The role involves supporting recovery, monitoring well-being, documenting progress, assisting with daily living tasks, and participating in educational or life-skills activities. Shift is 2nd with every other weekend, and local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in human services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred.
• Coursework in social work or psychology is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• DHS 83 training preferred but can be completed after hiring.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' recovery, offering encouragement and structure.
• Monitor and document resident well-being and progress.
• Administer or oversee medication management per policies.
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and crises.
• Help residents achieve treatment goals and participate in educational or life skills activities.
• Transport residents to appointments and community activities.
• Collect urine specimens and conduct breathalyzer tests when required.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
