Job summary

AccessHealth seeks compassionate Adult Residential Support Professionals to join a trauma-informed recovery center for adult women recovering from substance use disorders. You will provide daily support, encouragement, and structure in a safe environment to help residents build healthy, sober lives.

Responsibilities include supporting recovery, medication monitoring, and assisting with daily tasks. The role may require local travel up to 50%, 2nd shift, and every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Support residents' recovery and monitor well-being.
• Administer or supervise medication and document observations.
• Assist with daily tasks: meals, housekeeping, laundry.
• Respond to emergencies and crisis situations appropriately.
• Support treatment goals and life skills activities.
• Transport residents to appointments and community activities.
• Collect specimens and conduct breathalyzer tests as needed.
• Maintain confidential documentation and attend trainings.
