Qualifications

• Experience in mental health counseling, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans incorporating psychotherapy, medication, and other interventions.
• Provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed care during acute psychiatric episodes.
• Offer clinical supervision and mentorship to psychology and counseling staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
