This role supports youth exposed to violence, ensures licensure compliance, manages program components and partnerships with host sites, and coordinates staff training.

The base salary ranges from $78,000 to $90,000 annually with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
• Active, unrestricted NY license in a behavioral health discipline (e.g., LCSW, LMFT).
• Minimum of 5 years in the field, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with trauma, violence prevention, and working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to Program Staff and maintain supervision records.
• Participate in weekly group supervision and crisis intervention cases.
• Develop and deliver staff training and professional development; conduct performance appraisals.
• Ensure program and contract compliance, review records for licensure and data management.
