NFI Massachusetts Inc. in Beverly, MA is seeking a seasoned Program Director to lead the Beverly Continuum Supports program. The role oversees a trauma-informed, family-focused environment for youth referred by DCF, ensuring fidelity to mission and high-quality care.

Responsibilities include supervision of the management team, budget oversight, policy development, and active communication with families and licensing bodies. Salary is $85,000 per year with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of supervisory/managerial experience in an adolescent residential program.
• Experience working with youth population is required.
• On-call support and unannounced after-hours visits are required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and professional development of the management team.
• Oversee the program budget and ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Participate in internal investigations as needed.
• Develop and ensure adherence to program and agency policy.
• Communicate with families, funding and licensing representatives.
• Ensure the program aligns with the agency mission, vision, and values.
