NFI Massachusetts Inc. is seeking an Independently Licensed Clinical Director for the Beverly Continuum Support program in Beverly, MA. The role oversees clinical programming and provides supervision for program clinicians in a safe, therapeutic setting for youth ages 13-18.
The director coordinates testing, treatment planning, family involvement, and liaises with psychiatrists and other service providers. Evening schedule may be required, typically 9:30-5:30 or 10:00-6:00.

This program provides safe, therapeutic, long-term residential placement for male and female youth ages 13-18. The program serves youth and families struggling with issues that include emotional disturbance, trauma, family conflict and behavioral issues such as truancy, running and substance abuse.
The Clinical Director is primarily responsible for the overall planning, implementation, and oversight of the clinical programming, including direct supervision of the program clinicians. The Clinical Director serves alongside the Program Director as part of the program’s administrative team.
