Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Provide peer support services to patients in behavioral health crisis within a multidisciplinary team.
• Prepare chart notes and submit billing through the EMR.
• Participate in team/staff meetings and psychoeducation groups as needed.
• Follow up with patients after discharge to support community engagement.
