Job summary

University of Kentucky's UK HealthCare EmPATH program seeks a Mental Health Associate to work with patients in behavioral health crisis. The EmPATH team provides trauma-resilient, holistic care including individual and group psychoeducation, peer support, case management, and medical treatment of substance use and mental health disorders.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team in an observation setting.

Qualifications

• CPR / BLS certification, CPI certification, medical terminology knowledge, and schedule flexibility are preferred.
• One to three years of allied health experience preferred.

• Provide mental health care and support for patients in behavioral health crisis.
