Job summary

ICF is seeking a Pediatrician to join a team of clinical and subject matter experts supporting ACF’s mission to prevent sexual abuse and promote safe, trauma-informed care. This full-time role requires about 25% travel to provider sites and includes on-call/after hours availability for six months with possible extension.

Qualifications

• MD/DO/NP with active clinical license required.
• 10 years of Pediatric expertise or equivalent experience in clinical care and oversight.
• Experience in compliance, quality assurance, and child welfare systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and oversight to care programs to prevent and respond to all forms of child abuse and neglect.
• Provide consultation to providers delivering direct care to children.
• Intervene to ensure proper placement and medical management of children.
• Develop SOPs and best practices governing health services.
• Assess grantee compliance with reasonable accommodation and access to direct care services.
• Collaborate with federal, state, local, and non-profit partners to increase services to children.
