Job summary

Parents Together Foundation is seeking a compassionate TPN Manager to lead the advocacy program for parents affected by the harm caused by social media and big tech. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trauma-informed practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to ensure that parent voices are central to advocacy efforts. This full-time position offers a salary range of $95,000 - $110,000 annually and requires remote work within the U.S., with occasional travel and flexible hours to accommodate parents' needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience working with impacted communities or individuals experiencing trauma.
• Demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed practices.
• Commitment to centering survivor voices and practicing survivor-led advocacy principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee The Parents Network program.
• Oversee relationship management with TPN parents.
• Coordinate parent member participation in advocacy opportunities.
