This full-time position involves advocating for youth and their families through evidence-based programs. Applicants should have a Master’s degree in social work or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience. Responsibilities include working closely with families, providing support, and participating in program-specific meetings. The role may involve flexible hours and remote work options, ensuring families' needs are met effectively.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• One year of related experience in counseling and/or case management is required.
• Prior case management and/or counseling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for families in involved systems and gather information for intervention.
• Provide individualized family sessions in home and community settings.
• Participate in trainings and supervision, implementing feedback.
• Maintain flexible schedules around family availability.
• Provide after-hours support on a rotating on-call schedule.
