Job summary

Health Connect America is seeking a licensed or licensure-eligible Therapist to deliver high-quality mental health services across our programs for children, families, and adults. You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide individual, group, and family therapy while documenting progress in compliance with policy.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of two years' experience working with children and/or families.
• Must be eligible for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients, conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in outreach to promote services and attract referrals.
