Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform biopsychosocial assessments to determine needs and interventions.
• Create individualized treatment plans with individuals, families, and teams.
• Deliver therapy in individual, group, and family settings.
• Accurately document client interactions, progress notes, and plans.
• Engage in outreach to promote services and attract referrals.
