Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or higher in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of counseling experience, including graduate internships.
• Current independent license to practice (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW).
• Experience with adults, children, couples, and families as program needs require.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Independently assess, evaluate, and provide mental health and/or substance use services.
• Complete mental health assessments, treatment planning, and documentation in the EHR.
• Collaborate with clients, caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain at least 65% direct client service time.
• Participate in community outreach and MDT meetings when applicable.
• Attend trainings and maintain clinical competencies as required.
