Job summary

Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a Clinician to deliver recovery-oriented, trauma-informed mental health services to individuals in housing programs, in office and community settings. The Clinician conducts assessments, develops recovery plans, coordinates with housing and treatment partners, and supports clients toward stability and independence.

This full-time role requires a bachelor’s degree with 5 years supervised experience or a master’s degree with <1000 hours, and a valid driver’s license. Workplace evenings and shifts may apply, with benefits described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years supervised mental health experience OR Master’s degree with <1,000 hours supervised mental health experience.
• Valid driver’s license, private auto insurance, and insurable.
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and EMR systems.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Develop comprehensive care plans and coordinate with housing and treatment resources.
• Maintain timely documentation and HIPAA-compliant records within 48 hours.
• Engage in supervision, trainings and team meetings to support client care.
