Responsibilities

• Work with individuals, couples, families and groups to improve mental health.
• Complete assessments and develop intervention and treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
• Refer clients to psychiatrists and services as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and document appropriately.
